DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Delays are rare and could happen due to specific reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or distant location. The courier service may face problems, or bad weather could be the cause and off course COVID-19 has impacted the shipping time including the clearance and further handling of each shipment nowadays.
You’re requested to fill all active and working information such as recipients’ email address, phone number, an alternative email and phone number and a note* about the shipping location whether it is a commercial or residential property and your working hours would also help in attempting the delivery at your convinience.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 7 days of goods receipt. Since it is a wholesale business transaction with you and in case you’re not happy with the goods, you’re requested to inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods.We’ll be processing your refund right after a careful check of the returned shipment.
